Dave Pattison is a leader in Arizona real estate and sales

with nearly 20 years of industry experience and hundreds

of properties sold across the Valley. Dave was born and

raised in Cloquet, Minnesota, and is a graduate of Arizona

State University.

Dave has decades of experience in sales, which has taken

him across the globe, working on some of the most visible

events in recent history and positioning himself as a sales

leader. In 1996, Dave was the number one licensee repres-

entative of the Sara Lee/Hanes sub-licensees for the 1996

Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, GA. From there, Dave’s

experience took him to the 2000 Summer Olympic Games

in Sydney, Australia, as the Director of Sales for the Olympic

hospitality outfitter, and then on to the 2002 Winter Olympic

Games in Salt Lake City, Utah, as the Director of Olympics

Clothing for Marker Ltd.

Dave has more than 20 years of real estate experience and is recognized internationally for his
sales achievements. In 2004, Dave was named Rookie of the Year, and in the years that
followed, has earned multiple Chairman’s Board distinctions as a top producer for Russ Lyon
Sotheby’s International Realty. Dave is a Scottsdale resident and has served on the Troon
Village HOA and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Pinnacle Peak Realtor
Marketing Association. His expertise is in home, land and ranch sales.
